This reference is intended to remain stable and non-negotiable. No exceptions are provided. No explanations are issued beyond the templates published below.

Scope and non-scope

  • Structural conformance of a submission to the published input schema
  • Binary determination only: VALID or INVALID
  • Publication of fixed templates and fixed admission filters

Out of scope

  • Legal, tax, HR, compliance, or employment advice
  • Fact-finding, investigation, or truth verification
  • Approval, certification, safe-harbor claims, or endorsements
  • Ongoing monitoring, dispute resolution, or enforcement
  • Optimization guidance to achieve a desired outcome

Responsibility for accuracy, legality, and consequences remains entirely with the parties using this reference.

Inputs definition (declarative submission)

Submission type: single, complete declarative configuration. All fields mandatory. Narrative text is not accepted.

- No disputes pending (yes/no)
- Final truthfulness + non-reliance attestation

Automatic INVALID if present:
- Personal identifiers
- Narratives or explanations
- Contracts or files
- Performance data
- Payment routing details
- Requests for advice, exceptions, or clarification

Neutral maintenance funding mechanism

Permitted only

  • Flat per-validation fee

Mandatory safeguards
